John T. Boundas

John T. Boundas manages Williams Kherkher's Medtronic docket. Medtronic, Inc., recently withdrew from the market its "Sprint Fidelis" brand of leads used in the wiring of its implantable cardioverter defibrillators.
John, a partner at Williams Kherkher, was lead counsel on several of the firm's Fen-phen cases in recent years, a number of which involved patients diagnosed with Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH).
John graduated number one in his class at the University of Iowa College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Pennsylvania and Illinois. Additionally, John is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jim Doyle

Jim co-manages the Medtronic docket at Williams Kherkher. A litigator with nearly two decades of experience, he successfully represented thousands of clients who suffered side effects from the diet drug Fen-phen.
Jim is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He earned his law degree from Oklahoma City University. Jim is a member in good standing of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Oklahoma.
Jim is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Western, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas. Additionally, he is licensed in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth and Seventh Circuits.
